mental health. She is passionate about assisting adults and couples, that are navigating life’s challenges and/or mental health concerns. Tiffany specializes in treating relationship issues, stress, depression, anxiety,  grief, criminal justice system issues, and life transitions. Tiffany earned her Master’s in Counseling Specializing in Mental Health and holds two undergraduate degrees in Psychology, a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology and an Associate’s degree in Psychology. She utilizes evidence-based modalities such as, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solutions- Focused Therapy (SFT), and more. In addition to interventions that coincides. She patiently work with clients to help them meet the goals set forth.
